As you walk in you'll notice immediately the house's character. In the ground floor there is an office and a reading room, and after that you will get to the lightful dining room. Next door is the kitchen which serves the dining room. From both you can access to the back yard. The garden is a pleasant area full of greens where you can forget you're in the city. There is a barbecue available as well as outdoor furniture, great for enjoying your breakfasts outside.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms, three double bedrooms and a single bedroom. There is also a charming bathroom, full of light and a balcony facing the garden.
Down in the basement there is spacious living and game room, with a set of sofas, chess table, tv and an impressive pool table.
You will have access to all the house except the 2nd floor where we keep our belongings.
