Comfortable and bright holiday home close to the sea with a beautiful garden and stunning views. Casa das Flores is conveniently located in a small urbanization 1 km from the lovely seaside village of Luz and is just a 10 minute walk to a lovely pool (Kinoah Luz) where sunbeds can be reserved for a fee, and the pool used at a reduced rate for those that enjoy a lunch at the Kinoa restaurant. From the living room, terraces and garden there are views of Luz, the cliffs, including the Black Rock, and the Atlantic Ocean. The view from the roof terrace is breath-taking. Casa das Flores is a very comfortable villa both in the summer and winter months. The underfloor heating and wood stove keeps the villa warm and dry. The garden offers total privacy.
Layout
The villa is all on one level, with the exception of the roof terrace which is accessible by an outdoor staircase.
The entrance hall opens out to a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace for the winter months and a comfortable dining area. From the living room there are sliding glass doors out to a terrace and the garden area. The well equipped modern kitchen is adjacent to the living and dining room area.

Surroundings Praia da Luz
Luz is located 1 hour drive from Faro airport. Luz is known for its beautiful beach and promenade, as well as the majestic Black Rock cliff. The beach is child friendly and easily accessible by car, or a short walk from the center of Luz. There are beautiful walks to be enjoyed along the coast and inland.
The town of Luz offers many options for daily shopping, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy as well as a (multilingual) medical and a dental clinic. All are within walking distance.
Lagos, 10 minutes by car, is situated on one of the largest bays of the Algarve. The picturesque coastal village Burgau is also nearby.
Monchique and Silves are very worthwhile.
