Set in a vineyard estate of around 25,000m2, it is located in a transition zone between the laurel forest and the farmland of São Vicente. The terraced vineyards are home to the Tinta Negra and Verdelho grape varieties, which produce the famous Madeira wine.
The property is part of a group of houses where you'll find a shared swimming pool and several gardens with centuries-old trees, including a large oak tree over 250 years old and several species endemic to the Laurissilva such as tis, vinháticos, barbusanos and loureiros.
