The upper part has 2 bedrooms with aircon for 4 people , a bathroom and a living room with American kitchen, in total 73 sq m. The lower part has an additional apartment (39 sq m) which can also be rented, or it stays empty and closed. It consists of 1 bedroom (2 people) with TV- corner, bathroom and kitchen. In addition, there are several terraces, a carport and a subtropical garden with two small fish ponds. The house is equipped with: central heating, Sat/Smart-TV with NETFLIX, YouTube etc radio with CD-player, fast internet/Wi-Fi, aircon in 2 bedrooms, washing machine, refrigerator, coffee - machine, microwave, toaster, several ventilators, flat-iron etc..
