Sunlight House is a friendly accommodation run by two young locals. Located on the edge of the historic centre of Faro and just a couple minutes walk from the main avenue, marina, traditional shopping street, and the townâ€™s monuments, galleries, restaurants and bars.
We offer space for 19 guests, comprising of a triple bedroom with private bathroom, 4 double bedrooms with access to 3 shared bathrooms, 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin room with en private bathroom. All bedrooms are kept to a high standard. The guests have also the remaining areas at their entire disposal, kitchen, living room and terrace.
Sunlight House is installed in a beautiful, renovated, traditional faro's building decorated in a modern style with particular attention to detail. From the terrace guests can enjoy the stunning sea view while sitting, relaxing and having an amazing breakfast. Just perfect for romantic getaways and small families who are looking to meet our lovely city.
The friendly staff are always happy to offer help, advice and local knowledge about the area.
Please note:
Cancellation policy: 168h (7 days) before the arrival day. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged for the total reservation.
Important information:
All guests must inform about their estimated time of arrival.
Check in: From 15h00 to 23h00 ( after 23h00 to 1am will be applied late check in fee: 10eur )
Late check-in must be notified 24 hours before the day of arrival, otherwise it will be considered a no-show
Check out: until 11h00
Payment Conditions:
All reservations will be charged until 2 days before the check in day, by the credit card presented for this booking, so the guests must ensure that the credit card details entered are valid at the time of the payment collection, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the reservation, if the guest does not present new valid credit card details by email or phone until 2 days before the arrival day.
Reservations with invalid credit card details will be cancelled immediately.
City tax (not included) payable only in cash upon arrival, 2â‚¬ per person, per night, from March to October and 1â‚¬ per person, per night, from November to February
No curfew.
