The property has two bedrooms, both with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan living and dining room, and access to a shared balcony between these different areas of the house with full sea views. There is a full bathroom with shower and a guest toilet for guests' convenience. All areas enjoy excellent natural light throughout the day.

AREA
The property is located in Lazareto, a few minutes away from downtown Funchal. It is a quiet area with easy access to the city centre, either on foot or by car. It is close to the Miradouro do Lazareto, Barreirinha beach, Forte de São Tiago, Funchal-Monte cable car, Mercado dos Lavradores, restaurants, bars, local shops and other services.
In Funchal city centre there are several touristic points of interest and information about cultural activities, radical activities, nature related activities, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island.

For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
