Important note: There are ongoing works near the apartment annex, causing noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control but may affect the stay of our guests. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied.
