You walk into an Open Plan Kitchen / Lounge / Diner with a fully fitted kitchen , 2 large sofas, flatscreen satellite TV and table and 8 chairs.
A fully equipped kitchen gives you all the amenities you require to make it feel like home from home.
On the ground floor there is a Twin Bedroom comprising of 2 Single Beds, fitted wardrobes and a seperate Shower Room with shower cubicle, WC & Sink
On the First floor there are 3 further bedrooms
The Master Bedroom features a King size bed, fitted Wardrobes, an En-Suite shower room with walk in shower, WC & Sink. From this bedroom you have patio doors leading out onto a large upstairs balcony with addtional sun loungers and amazing views across the gold course and the bay of Lagos.
The 2nd Bedroom has Twin Beds, Fitted Wardrobes, En-Suite Shower Room with walk in shower, WC & Sink and also patio doors leading onto the same balcony
The 3rd Bedroom features Twin Beds, Fitted wardrobes and an Ensuite Bathroom comprising of Bath with shower, WC, Bidet & Sink. This too has patio doors leading onto the large balcony at the front of the villa with views across the bay of Lagos
All Bathrooms are fitted with heated towels rails.
There are 2 balconies and a pool terrace so you get the sun in the morning and afternoon and the front upstairs balcony has great views over the 13th fairway and views of the mountains.
The pool has an electric pool cover and can be heated with an additonal cost of 150 Euros per week
On the pool terrace you will also find a large table and 8 chairs, Sun Loungers, Large Gas BBQ and a large sofa so you can relax and chill in either the sun or shade
Other amenities include children's play area, soccer school, driving range and practice area in addition to those already listed, a fabulous place for you never to be bored.
