Villa Bela Vista (Beautiful View) is a Villa that really lives up to its name, with a beautiful, panoramic view to the sea, across Salgados Golf course. The villa is new, in beautiful condition, fully air conditioned and is located at the end of a cul de sac, on the hillside overlooking Vale de Parra. It is a pleasant area but within two minutes walk of two restaurants and a bar. There is a pharmacy, newsagent, bank and local mini market as well as five other restaurants and bars located in the village of Vale Parra which is within a five minute walk. The villa is very child friendly, with a pool fence and stair gates. There are two safes, and the property is totally enclosed by walls with gates. The large swimming pool (11m x 5m) has roman steps and child gates. The pool is surrounded by a large terrace. There is a brick built BBQ and the Villa also comes with complimentary Wi Fi internet.
