Villa Serena is a modern and spacious self-contained 3-bedroom 3-bathroom villa with a large wrap-around lawned garden and private swimming pool (heating is an optional extra) ideal for families, couples or small groups of friends (up to 6 adults).
For families, a range of children's games, toys, books and pool and beach accessories are provided as well as a number of baby-friendly accessories.
Upstairs the south-facing master double bedroom is filled with sun from dawn until dusk and includes an en-suite bathroom, built-in wardrobes and a corner balcony perfect for enjoying a quiet coffee in the morning sun. The upstairs family room offers 2 single beds and a bunk bed, its own shower room plus a large south facing balcony with rural views over the pool.
The downstairs double bedroom has sliding glass doors that lead directly out on to the garden terrace and outdoor dining area and is adjacent to the downstairs bathroom.
The open plan kitchen and living room is a bright and spacious area where family and friends can enjoy cooking and dining together and leads out onto the outdoor dining area and pool.
The villa has a very well equipped kitchen including many labour-saving appliances to make meal preparation as easy as possible so you can enjoy more relaxation time on your holiday.
