As the building is situated on the front of the Marina complex away from the road you will not be troubled by traffic noise & sun/black out curtains in both bedrooms ensures your sleep will not be disturbed by the early morning sunshine.
On entrance to the hallway it splits two ways dividing the living accommodation from the bedrooms and bathroom, allowing those who prefer a relaxing lie-in not to be disturbed by early risers . The apartment has two twin bedrooms both with air conditioning and patio doors to the balcony, a bathroom and guest cloakroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and the open plan living area has air conditioning and patio doors to the large balcony where there is table and chairs for alfresco dining.
