Quinta dos Cochichos was a local farm, built back in 1917. The houses have been totally renovated, some being used as various accommodation units: 2 apartments , 2 duplexes and a studio, spread into 3 different and separated houses. There are other smaller buildings inside the property, these being used as support to the activity.
The farm is set in about 4 acres, surround by almond, fig, carob and olive trees. We have also developed other fruit trees including some tropical.
All units are different and named after a typical fruit from the Algarve: Carob House, Fig House, Loquat House, Olive House and Almond House.
ALMOND HOUSE (Casa da Amendoa)
Charming duplex with 45 m², for 2 adults in double bed (200x160cm) and 2 children in a double bed in the living room. Children under 6 stay free.
Upstairs, bedroom en suite, right next to the living room.
Downstairs, equipped kitchen opening to the terrace with barbecue, table and chairs, with a view over the fields.
The living room area has a flat-screen TV with many channels.
The bathroom includes a shower, toiletries and towels.
