Positive: The patio was great, two bathrooms. The location was ok for us, a quieter neighborhood.
Negative: 1) The initial communication was a bit chaotic, I was getting automated emails, that I need to provide information on all the guests, at least two times a day, even if I already provided it. 2) We agreed with my wife, that these were the least comfortable beds and pillows in our 20 year history of using booking/airbnb. The beds were back breaker and the pillows neck breaker. Very hard. In one room there is only a 190cm long bed, which was a standard in the year 2000, but we switched with our kids. 3) The wifi password I needed to read from the Wifi router, the one in the documents was not matching anything. 4) Mold odour in both bathrooms, mold in the shower, a bit on the walls. Mold in the washing machine, but we ran it a couple of times and it was ok then. 5) Some accessories in the kitchen we needed to buy (for peeling the potatoes) 6) Noise is ok when you have windows closed, otherwise you might hear some planes or birds 7) The walls are thin, you hear every step of neighbours, but we did not care really, just that you know. Overall it was 7/10, but I think the price worth ratio did not match the expectation, especially beds. Reply to owners reply: Behavior of the owner is definitely the most unprofessional thing I have seen since we have started travelling with my family (we are doing at least 15-20 trips per year, for decades). So we left there 800EUR for 4 nights and I am called out as "pure malice" by the owner. You should read some guidelines how to handle customer reviews in general. Instead of trying to remove my review, you should re-consider your comment, because it is tremendeously bad for your business. Have a nice day.
