This 9th floor studio apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, living area and bathroom. There is a large balcony with table and chairs for sitting out in order to enjoy the stunning views of the sea and the beach at Praia dos Tres Irmãos, only 100 metres away, and to the north of the mountains of Monchique. In the summer, the sun is on the balcony all morning, whilst in the winter there is sun in the early morning only. The apartment has a lovely terracotta tiled floor and is very light and airy. There are 2 twin beds, which become a double bed, and a single sofabed. There is internet and a wall-mounted TV and there is also plenty of storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an induction hob, a convector/microwave oven and a fridge-freezer and the bathroom has all the fittings with a shower and a washing machine. The block has two modern lifts and there is plenty of free parking under the block. The 100 metre walk to the beach is through tended gardens with palm trees and tropical plants and flowers. CHECK-IN IS BETWEEN 16H00 AND 19H00 AND CHECK-OUT IS UP TO 10AM: THERE IS A €10 PER HOUR LATE ARRIVAL FEE AFTER 19H00.
