You are two blocks from beautiful City Park (with golf, trails, lake, playground, boathouse, and tennis), Denver Zoo, Denver Museum of Science & Nature. Walk to cafes and 17th Street/Uptown restaurants. You are a 12 minute walk (2 min drive) to the Uptown health district including St. Luke's Pres and St Josephs hospitals. Short drive to: Downtown, 16th Street Mall, Union Station, LoDo, Coors Field, RiNo Arts District, Botanic Gardens, Cherry Creek Mall, Fillmore and Ogden Theaters, and more. You are 10-15 minutes from everywhere you'd want to be in Denver!
