Recently refurbished spacious duplex with a charming terrace overlooking a well-maintained garden equipped with a BBQ grill. Situated within close proximity to the stunning beaches of both the lively South and the secluded rugged West Coast. The picturesque Praia da Luz is just a short drive (5 min), bike ride (15 minutes), or leisurely stroll (30 minutes) away.
While many accommodation offer as many small rooms as possible we took down walls to provide airy, comfortable bedrooms. The house keeps quite cool. In the rare occassion of temperatures in the 90°s (30°C+) we have a powerful portable AC.
In the winter you can warm up in front of a wood burner which is particularly nice after a long hike or a surf session.
Soak up in the solar-heated pool. It is shared with only three parties.
It's not just a hotel-like accommodation. My brother and I occassionaly reside on the premises or have a house sitter to attend if need be. While providing privacy and keeping to ourselves by default we do like to interact with our guests for BBQs and co-working sessions if the guest signals the wish to socialize.
Please note: There is only a small kitchenette with a small fridge but without a stove. It is suitable to prepare breakfast.
