Situated in one of the most sought after areas in the Algarve, this front line villa boasts 180 degree panoramic views of the sea and the stunning beach at Porto do Mos. The 1.5km beach is only a few minutes walk away and is one of the best for surfing/body boarding. It is a family friendly beach that provides clean bathing waters and is lifeguard supervised during the summer season. The main entrance to the beach is at the lowest point of the cliffs and the access is suitable for all with no stairs or steep slopes. It also has two popular restaurants for lunch and evening dining.
The villa has a good sized swimming pool (8mx4m) set in a private garden with ample space for sunbathing and outside dining, including a large Weber gas BBQ.
The villa comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have UK standard queen size beds and the fourth bedroom having 2 single beds. Two bedrooms are ensuite whilst the 3rd and 4th share a bathroom.
